Husband and I filed for Divorce this week. Is it cheating if I start to talk with another guy? My husband is the one who wanted to divorce and we have beeen seperated for a year. I have been faithful the whole time.

No, you are legally seperated. Its ok to talk to other guys once your legally seperated. Been there and once we seperated and your sure its over........ Your living your life again and building relationships even as freinds. GO FOR IT!!

well first congratulations on such a big step. i don't think it is cheating if you have the opportunity to start to get to know someone new especially since the divorce is in progress. since your soon to be ex-husband was the one who filed for the divorce he can't accuse you of any kind of betrayal especially since there hasn't been any connection for a year. so reward yourself for being honorable and throw away any doubt right out of your mind, of doing anything wrong by just moving on. good luck.

Just all depends on who youre asking! In Gods eyes, marriages are for life and divorces are unacceptable so yes. People have dishonored God and the sacred bounds of marriage so people have grown to accept everything as normal. Now if youre just "talking" to this other guy and nothing else,then no harm done cause conversations between women and men occur everyday naturally,even in Jesus day. So like I said, it all depends on who youre asking

If you are talking but nothing else. If you are not legally divorced, it is adultery if you sleep with someone else.

u rnt cheating if its just talk but if its more than talking and ur sleeping with the guy and ur still legally married than thats cheating,
