Add more calories to your diet.

However, to do so, you DO NOT need to eat junk food or foods high in fat. Eat healthy food, but eat more of it. Try foods high in carbs and protein. You should also exercise some do develop muscle, so that your added weight will have some tone to it.

Start off in the morning with a good breakfast,have a couple donuts and chocolate milk. then in couple hours eat a snack,a nice pastry,like cream filled. for lunch go to a burger place and eat a sandwich,and fries and a soda or shake,two hours later, have a snack again,like a candy bar, at dinner time eat a pizza or some Italian meal, later at night time have a bowl of ice cream, before you go to bed. if you eat something like this you will gain for sure. Try to make sure it equals 3000 cal a day.

Gain good weight like muscle. Eat lots of protein and drink milk. If you are not a milk drinker try another flavor! There is Strawberry, orage cream, chocolate, vanilla.

dont eat too much junk food. cuz that will make u fat not gain weight. and its not good for u. eat more of the regular food that u do eat rite now. keep excerising. u dont wanna become a couch potato.

eat more excrsise less. you can eat some junk food. remember - it is only healthy to lose or gain 2 pounds a week. good luck

Either eat fattening foods or sit on the couch all day and watch TV. But I would be proud of being skinny.

I wish I had your problem.

I would probably start eating a lot, and working out. You eat the food, and your body builds muscle with it. You can supplement your diet with slim-fast, or energy bars, to increase your caloric intake.
