Over the years I have spent Lot's time in Hon. It is a good country to travel in. I stayed most in Tela it was not expensave and easy living and you have the islands more expensive every thing has to be boated or flown in. I enjoyed the food very good. Then hop on bus to my home base Guatemala and Antigua nice and cooler weather. Honduras is OK.

i went to roaton, honduras in february. beautiful island, but not such nice areas. depends on the places you go.

I have not been, but a friend goes down there all the time to the Islands and has a blast.
