Plz i have friends who don't feel confident in themselves but I also want to know!!!!!!!!

There are two main ways to increase the size of your legs; muscle growth or fat deposits.

Muscle growth would involve a lot of bicycling and weight lifting. The thighs would develop significantly faster than the calves, which are notoriously difficult to build up. There will be a limit to how big the muscle can become due to your genetic makeup, unless you take a lot of supplements.

Fat depositing is the easier but by far least recommended course. Basically it involves increasing your fat/carbohydrate amount to the point where you start to store fat. Since you are female it will naturally deposit on your thighs and backside first. However this will bring about increased risk of heart failure and fatigue due to the increased strain from fatty globules within the blood stream.
