They certainly did, but you will not find any fossils, probably. The Appalachians have been eroding for the last 300 million years, and any dinosaurs that died there probably washed downstream or were eroded themselves. The land surface that they walked on was hundreds of meters higher then the surface now.

DInosaurs were believed to live all over the world. Diffrent species in diffrent parts all adapted to their enviroment.
