can u look up someones aol profile ?

if someone on here owns aol, can you look at a members profile if you have their screen name? if your not a member of aol, i assume you can't do that?

Yes you can, by putting the screename into the following page:

http://hometown.aol.com/

Although ti does depend on if they have a profile and they have made it public.
