Pro life and Pro gun. What a contradiction.

I am a sometime democrat, I never vote a straight ticket anymore.
I am pro life, but I don't believe in demonstrating.
I saw demonstrations where my young kids were watching the results on big cardboard signs, and I had to calm them down and tell them about the bloody smashed heads involved, I believe in free speech, but think about my kids.
I only stopped collecting guns for the safety of my kids.
I am thinking about another collection of guns once I am sure that I can come up with a safe way around my girls.
At the right time I may send them to a safe gun club.
I really need to stress not being a straight ticket man any more.
I love to listen study the field and then vote my conscience.

I haven't heard anyone mention guns in a LONG time for the democrats... I think that's way off the democrat radar...

most are pro choice though... they just don't think the government should be involved in that aspect of life...

That would be against all they stand for
they can not be pro anything
or will be kicked out of the defeatacrat/demoncrap Party
You must be anti-everything
negative no positive anything is allowed
Name something positive that has came out of the doom and gloom party
Nothing is there
Must be one of the reasons they are so negative only having a half empty glass

Yeah, there are plenty. Casey, the Democrat running for Senate in PA, is vociferously pro-life, for instance. On the pro-gun side, you have Ben Nelson of Nebraska, Max Baucus of Montana... actually, there are tons of 'em.

Yes but to run for Governor that have to register as independents. Like here in Texas Kinky Friedman is running for gov. but he reminds people that he is just "a beer and pot junkie" so goes the independents.

Yes. But the media doesn't pay attention to the center of either political party--or to the libertarians.
