Hi there,
are you sure, you´ve chosen the right words?Just to translate it,
it would say "My mom buys our grocery stores with
control of welfare".It doesn´t make any sense.Do you mean,my mom buys goods in the grocery store with the money from the
welfare check?
It would be a pleasure to help you,but I need some more details
maybe in which context that´s correlated.

Your question should read: Meine Mutter kauft unsere Lebensmittel mit Wohlfahrtskontrollen (My mother buys our groceries with welfare certificates) or Meine Mutter kauft unsere Lebensmittel im Geschaeft mit Wohlfahrtskontrollen (My mother buys groceries at the store with welfare certificates.)
