its been 3 weeks almost 4 since i couldve conceived

well then yes!! those calculations indicate your period is like 2 weeks late.
Do you mean 3-4 weeks since your last cycle or since possible conception? You can generally detect pregnancy about 2 weeks after conception (once you are late or even a few days before your period is due).

Some tests may work up to 5 days before your missed period, but it is best to wait until you are at least due. If that comes back negative and you still feel pregnant, get a blood test done(very accurate).
Early signs of pregnancy:
Spotting
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom
These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.

If you know you ovulated 3-4 weeks ago then a hpt should be accurate now. If you are concerned you may be unintentionally pregnant because of something that happenned 3-4 weeks ago, a negative test should be pretty reassuring that you are not. If your period is late and the test is still negative, wait a week and test again.

Mine did. I was three weeks at best and it showed. Second line was very light, but it was there.
Five pregnancy tests later that day, and an appointment with my doctor the next confirmed it.
And Baby is coming next month.
