Do you mean the ignition switch on the side of the steering column? The switch you stick your key into?

If so, you'll need a new ignition switch. Pick up the Haynes manual at an autoparts store (about $20) and look up the procedure to replace the switch. It's not hard but it varies from car to car.

DONT GET SCARED WHEN IT TELLES YOU TO DRILL OUT TWO BOLTS IT IS THE EASY WAY
