Hi spiro. Cute name, by the way. And I think it is great that you are a poet. What a wonderful gift you must have. I would encourage you to send your stuff out to poetry journals and magazines. Do a little homework and you can find lots of them that might accept your work. But be prepared for rejection...it is not easy but it will give you some experience. I would consider "publishing" some of your own work. Most of us can find a way to create a little booklet of some kind, even if we create it. You could give this as gifts to special people, which would spread your work in a nice way. And when you send people cards for any occasion or holiday, make your own cards and put in a poem. People will appreciate that and remember your writing.

have you ever considered turning your poetry into lyrics for a song????
why dont you and someone who is good at music and singing both sit down and work out how to turn your beautiful words into songs... perhaps have a demo made with someone who can sing and send it to a record company??

there is a contest website i once tried, if they like the poem it ges put in a poetry book or something i think
