I turn red too...

Because the blood rises to the surface of their skin (as it does when you slap a person of any race) and since their skin has very little melanin, it is partially transparent, so you see the reddening of the tissue from the excess blood.
My question, "Why are you going around slapping people?"

It has to do with blood flow, you idiot. The more melanin you have the less likely the red in your face can be seen when you are slapped. Don't report me. I'm black. I don't like racists of ANY race.

everyone goes red when you slap them its just less prominent on black people and more prominent on white ppl
