... well the answer to this question is obvious... because Republicans make billions off of it... and they don't want to give it up...
and do Republicans work? some said in this question that jobs give you free health care... the vast majority of jobs offer to only pay a part of healthcare and you have to pay the rest? you would think they would know this if they worked?

first of all Israel is our in trouble-free terms (actual) chum in the midsection east. the country replaced into set up after WWII by using the newly shaped United countries. Their healthcare device and the suitable way their democratic government works has no bearings on the justifications we supply them money. in fact they have continuously been a strategic significant different in the midsection east. additionally it is not any secret that each united states of america that surrounds them has attacked them without provocation and desire inhalation befalls them, because of the fact they seem to be a rustic controlled by using a Jewish run government. As for "why do no longer we've loose wellness care"? we are a Democratic Republic that has in it rather is roots capitalism. "A historic rational of working for what one needs". it is robust to an quantity yet leaves allot of underprivileged people out. there is concern from a great deal of tax paying people, that loose wellness care will harm the device. and that they are precise "if" this technique isn't prepare very heavily. In maximum countries with loose wellness care, their funds is in concern. i could bypass on in greater ingredient even yet it may take hours.

With the subsidies we give to agriculture and our largest corporations, I think we can move beyond calling health care a socialist conspiracy. I already benefit from our collective spending on a top-notch military and, in my state and town, police and fire protection and streets and roads. I can't afford my own military, police, fire, sewers, street lights, pothole repairs.... And I, like 40 million Americans, can't afford - nay, am not even offered - my own healthcare. With employers getting out of the health coverage game, the collective solution starts to look very sensible, and yes, very American too.

Repuglicans, they have successfully blocked universal health care forever. 45 million American citizens without access to health care. Every one of those repuglicans and those that support them, should have to go through a year without health care. It eats up your savings if you have any is going to make me a ward of society. This is the richest country in the world. We have some of the richest people in the world. We also have some of the poorest, that is a shame, the shame of the repuglicans.

You just answered your own question. If we stop spending the tons of money we spend on other countries we could have universal free health-care. If you would like it or not is another question.

They have a more efficient government model, that spends money more effectively for the population. Just good government.
The US gives out foreign aid to many countries. Very few of them apply that money efficiently. And of course, one only needs look at how much waste there is in our own government to get a sense of how well we manage the money we don't give away....

Let's take it a step further. One of the Bush Administration's stated goals is to provide universal health care to Iraqis.
If it's good enough for Iraqis...it ought to be good enough for Americans.
Of course, it smacks of welfare and this will bother those other people....you know the ones...those of whom we do not speak....who have the bad color...(hee hee).

Because they have lower health care standards, limited medical treatment, no large law suits for malpractice and a much higher tax base.
If you wll allow no law suits, be willing to waith 2 or 3 months for normal medical care in the hospital and about a week to see a doctor for visit. And pay about 1/2 of your pay in taxes, yep the US can have it. The American public is not willing to pay for it.
