Repuglicans, they have successfully blocked universal health care forever. 45 million American citizens without access to health care. The US gives out foreign aid to many countries. Very few of them apply that money efficiently. And of course, one only needs look at how much waste there is in our own government to get a sense of how well we manage the money we don't give away....

If you wll allow no law suits, be willing to waith 2 or 3 months for normal medical care in the hospital and about a week to see a doctor for visit. And pay about 1/2 of your pay in taxes, yep the US can have it. The American public is not willing to pay for it.
