what is the periods of oscillation for these frequencies? 50HZ 250HZ 25kHZ 20MHz and 4.0GHZ.?

The period of oscillation is 1/f where f is the frequency so for example 50Hz would be 1/20 second for a period.

In each case, divide the frequency into 1 second, and the quotient is the period.
