I know I can apologize, but this person somehow finds this one little thing(music from our highschool) important to her, even though she doesn't want to go into singing, and she never uses it. I feel bad! I've looked EVERYWHERE!!! What should I do??? She is getting aggressive!!!

Be honest to her and be honest in trying to find it for her. Tell her I am so very sorry but i have lost your (insert item) and I have tired looking everywhere, I feel terrible is there any thing I can do to make it up to you. Also try to find a place (online maybe) where you can buy a replacement, and have that ready to give her when you apologize to her.

Being honest is the only way she will forgive you. Even if she understands why you lied to keep her from getting mad. Just tell her you have misplaced it and she may even offer to help you find it if she wants it back bad enough! tell her you know it was irresponsible of you but you are sooooo aorry!

Be honest. Even if it does ruin your friendship. At least you were honest. Don't live with a guilty conscience times 2. 1 because you lost it, 2 because you lied.

Come clean and offer to replace the item (even if it takes a long time.) Try to imagine what your lender would do to make it right.

You need to tell her immediately that you lost it. Tell her you are still looking. Tell her how sorry you are. Offer to do what you can to make this up to her.

Tell her the truth, let her know that you misplaced it and that you don't remember where it is. But as soon as you find it you will return it to her!

If you cant find it, then get another one, and if that doesnt work, then apoligize, and give her something that she really likes.
