i sanded the fenders on my bike with 150 grit. I primed one piece and i noticed in the areas where i had to use some extra force (decal glue, ripples in clear coat) it showed through the primer as little scratches. Now, i have to sand the whole bike again with like 250 grit. Is there anything else i can do? (please no comedians im kind of pissed about this)

Your grit is still too rough. You have to go with a finer grit like maybe 400 or 600. Sand out the roughness of the 250 grit with the 400 grit. Every time you go to the next finer grit, sand 90 degrees off the previous grits scratches until all those scratches are removed otherwise you may still have deep scratches from the first grit still there.

if your planing on painting the fender you need to first spray with a fast fill primer then wet sand with 400-600 sand paper. the primmer will fill the scratches you see now. i wouldn't sand it now. it would be wise to spray on a sealer be for you put on your color coat. good luck. if you spray paint, sanding with 250 you'll see sand scratches in the paint its too corse

Sometimes there's a filler primer you can buy. I assume you are talking about a motorcyle. Try your local motorcycle shop, or even a automotive accessory or part store might have the primer I'm talking about. It fills in the scratches or gaps, they have it for cars also, might be the same thing.

fill & sand primer. But it will take a couple of coats.
