am I the only one that did not know how bad dell's support and customer service are???

First let me say you're not the only one who doesn't know the rule of big business is if you sell cheaper than anyone else something has to suffer the logical ave is support. now have you tried to use administrater to change the password.If it's a system password try clearing your cmos that you can do by going inside the computer and looking for a jumper near the battery switch the jumper from pins 1-2 to 2-3 for not less than 3 minutes and unplug the computer and then switch the jumper back.if it's a user password you may be able go and change it by going into the administrater account.
