Va tech rarely plays any tough teams and they are not underrated. Their offense is totally run oriented and one dimensional and still unproven. Va Tech usually has one of the softer schedules in the country and relies mostly on their defense and special teams.

They are not underrated.

You've beaten a I-AA team in Northeastern and two horrid ACC bottom feeders in North Carolina and Duke, who lost to Richmond. So, no, you're not underrated, especially as your non-conference schedule, per usual, is a joke (Northeastern, Cincinnati, Southern Mississippi, and Kent State) and you only have two ranked teams on your schedule (BC and FSU).

When your schedule is mostly crappy teams(read sure wins) you should win a lot of these games. v tech is overrated but their scheduler is underrated.
