I just got my trial in the mail, they're suppose to mail another in a month, but if this stuff isn't working by a month I'm cancelling, where on there website would I do this? I'm a member but I can only find where it lets me pick the shipping week. Thanks!

It does work I use it. But if you want to cancel, look on the package for a phone number or go to the website and email them.

I had Proactiv for three months and never renewed my subscription.
I'd give it more than a month, though; if it's as bad as it was for me, then it will take a few months, as it eventually did with a dermatologist perscription of isotretinoin (the best). Then again, Proactiv never did ANYTHING for me.
