I got a motorolla razor v3 second hand. put in sim , puy in my code NEEDS UNLOCKING subsidy password?

I have t mobile sim and service. How do I unlock this phone to use my t mobile sim card . where do i find the subsidy password? I am told there is software i need to download to unlock this phone . can someone send me a download link or steps to unlock? cingular razr .

DONT TRY TO BREAK THE CODE BY GUESSING

I tried that and it burns the sim card for "security reasons"
so i had to buy a new one for $30.00

u can find ur # in ur booklet that came with ur phone or u can call cingular 611 and they will give it to u
