The inside? No dont explain it could be embarrassing. Put some Vanish spot clean on the marks before putting in washing maching that should do the trick

Dont economise on good quality toilet tissue by using grass, its false economy as you now need to buy alcohol and glycerin mixed together plus a sponge to remove grass stains.

Use bleach and let them soak for a while in mild detergant first. Try using Stain OUT.

how did that happen? If they are colored use Spray 'N' Wash and rub and then wash, if they are all white you could try blech or a chlorox bleach pen.
