Tell him to have at it! Usually if they see that they can't get to you, you have taken the fun away, and they will usually stop calling! But if not, don't you have caller id? Don't answer it! I never answer private calls, if you can't show me who you are when you are calling, that is a sure sign that I do not want to talk to you!
