Manny "pacman" Pacquiao or the People's Champ is one of the best boxers in our country!! He won fights among a few mexicans and whenever he comes back in the Philippiines after a match he is welcomed by the media and the government. He is also heartly welcomed in his hometown in General Santos (a city in Mindanao).
