The City of Vigan is a 5th class city in the province of Ilocos Sur, Philippines. It is the capital city of Ilocos Sur. The city, located on the western coast of the large island of Luzon, facing the South China Sea.

I believe you mean Vigan, it is a city in Ilocos Sur. It is a heritage site because of the intact spanish colonial town. It is about 8 hours north of Manila.

Do you mean Vegan??? It's a person who does not eat anything that came form an animal, this included drinking their milk and other harmless things, also a vegan will not wear any animal related products such as leather, tested cosmetics etc.

A VEGAN is a vegetarian that does not eat ANY animal products. There are different types of vegetarions and this one is the strictest. A lacto vegetarion eats dairy(milk,cheese,yogurt..)an ovo vegetarian eats eggs. You can be a lacto-ovo vegetarian.
Now...if you meant to spelll VIRGIN. well, that is a person who has not had sex yet.
