hard drive grrrrr HELP !!!?

Question

i have 4 hdd on my pc :) 2 SATA and 2 ide , my ide drives dissapear and not all the time come back :( only sometimes (like when it wants to) is there anyone out there to help me fix this just like jim'll fixed it for loads a people lol, im running xp pro and tried new ide cables too that didnt cure it either and also just done a clean install ok sp2 :( help anyone lol

Maybe your power supply cannot handle 4 harddrives on top of everything else. It could explain the intermittant disappearances.
