We have run-down parks and really nice parks in our area. Don't be discouraged - I would have no problem living in a nice one.

The cons are that you have more freedom than you would in, say, a condo or apartment. But as opposed to a house? No contest - trailers don't last, the fire danger is much worse, not to mention some of the neighbors, unless it is a first class park, and I've yet to find one of those.

Well, the first thing that I would worry about would be crime; every mobile park that I am aware of has a high ratio of poor people living in it, which usually means one thing: crime. I here that tornado's are also a problem.

I can't think of any pros, but the cons are, your neighbors are too close, your yard is too small, if there are kids they will be in your yard a lot because space is so limited, loud music & tvs because you're so close to your neighbor, tornadoes.......
