I say Apacolypse from Marvel comics in X-men. He the most powerfullest mutant and can do anything with his body. He would do anything to take over the world.

Rocker Racer. Just check out "Peter Parker, the Spectacular Spider-Man" #104 from July 1985 and you'll understand why he's so bad.
This is, by far, one of the worst Spidey stories ever.
