How not to use one, or not to wear one?
You shouldn't wear one that's so short that you can see your underwear even when you're not bending over.

Good question! If you are going to wear a mini skirt wear a more conservative top. Don't show any cleavage or don't wear a spaghetti strap. If you do then you just look skanky, but if you pair a short skirt with a top that leaves things to the imagination then you can look classy and sexy as hell!

you should wear it on your hips, not anywhere else. you should wear clean underwear with it just in case someone sees up there. don't wear the weird ones that have the pockets, and the pockets are longer than the skirt. I'd say wear it with leggings from here on out because it's cold, but that doesn't mean you don't have to shave your legs. A girl I know wore leggings and didn't shave her legs and...ugh!

For starters Don't Wear one EVER.
But if you must wear one then don't sit or bend or stretch or walk or do anything else except stand perfectly still because NOBODY wants to see your panties. Mini skirts are pretty much slutty.

If you're older than 40....some say 35 but I've seen some great 40 yr old legs and I think they should show them off! Happy Weekend!

Dont bend over and be careful when you sit. I wear minis all the time. Dont wear the micro minis too short!!!

mini skirts are like seriously banned for 35 yr olds like eww no fense ok but i like to wear micro minis i dont kno y but its sorta weird like i feel rly uncomfortable in regular skirts like i have to wear micro mini skirts, but i wear something tht covers up up top..oh and DO NOT wear high heels ..u can wear like low heels but not like 3 inch high heels....so trampy looking
