1st- Go to the movies, and take some snacks and drinks (too expensive to buy at the theathre)
2nd- Go home and cook some pizza or make sure to pre-order a while before the movie is over
1. eat
2. play music and have dancing contests, whoever wins, wins a bag of chips or an extra slice of pizza, something like that
3. play thruth or dare, gotta do that!
4. prank calls, to make the party fun and to make everyone lol

If it's at home, why not have a sleepover, get some movies, popcorn, pizza. Or hire a limo and go to town for something to eat.

for mine b-day i did a pool party because it was a sunny day to go in the water and then we started to dance music. also spin the bottle and more things it's was OFF THE HOOK
