I would have to say it depends on what every men individually consider "hot". There are many countries where you can find hot women, but in general, Latin women are on top of the list, everybody knows that ;-)

I would say until you can get all the men in this world to come to a concensus of who's the hottest race, then this question is of no importance. Because different men all over this world will have a difference in opinion. So whatever your little poll says here it can never be fact unless everyone in the world responds. It is only opinion and what conclusion comes from this type of opinion?
