What does it mean?

My doctor told me that one of my ovaries is fuller than the other. What does it mean? Where can I get information on this? Is something medically wrong or is it normal?

try cheacking on google and see what you can find out
and also try a new doctor
also my mother had the same problem, her ovaries were just droping eggs at anytime.
she is fine though,3 months pregnant!
