there's this boy that I REALLLY like, and I think he likes me too. we've been friends since kindergarten. I don't want to ruin a good friendship in case he doesn't like me back. what should I do?

he shows signs of liking me, pretty much everyday. the two reasons I'm scared is because:
a.) last year I was publicly humiliated by my now ex boyfriend and I'm scared of getting hurt again
b.) i don't want him to be all weird about me asking him or something

I've had two other long term boyfriends. it's been a year since I've dated because my now ex-boyfriend really hurt me, and I mean really hurt me. the guy I like now seems into me, and he's helped me through a lot of things. I'm just wondering what I should do about the situation, weither I should talk to him about it or leave it alone. I don't want to leave it alone because I could lose someone in the process, but I want to because I'm scared he might hurt me as well.

Just explain to him how you feel about him, but let him know thst you hope it won't ruin the friendship if he doesn't feel the same way. If you don't take a chance with this you could very well miss out on having this guy. It's all about taking risks sometimes to get what you want. He might just feel the same way you do,and things can go from there. I wish you luck!!!

If you two have been friends that long then, he will be understanding even if he doesn't feel the same way, I'm sure if you reveal this to him it will work out fine in the end.

If you're young, don't do it. Wait until you are older and you both have had some other experiences. If you both still feel the same about each other then, give it a try.

well if he showed no sign on liking you back... decide what's more important. if he doesn't like you back you could lose a good friend. and even if he does like you and you get together and then you break up... that's no good!
