don't know how to find the ftp username and password ?!!!?

um usin freesitedesigner.com , and i designed my website, then i downloaded the ftp software but still askin about how can i know my ftp username and password required to publish my site.. help pleaseeeeeeeeeeee

That inormation should have been provided by the host. Check your confirmation email, or log into your account and look there.

umm what ftp software? the username and password can be from ur admin username and pass from login screen...
