It means: You are friends and have sex, with no ties. No relationship, just sex.

I do not want a friend with benefits. Not my style.

"A casual relationship (sometimes referred to as friends with benefits, cut friends, a fling) is a term used to describe the physical and emotional relationship between two unmarried people who have a sexual relationship or a near-sexual relationship (foreplay, "making out", etc.) without necessarily demanding or expecting a more formal relationship as a goal."

Now, we both know! LOL!

This is a person who you hook up with and have sex, oral and other stuff like that with. It involves no emotional feelings toward each other, so no one is attached, although this usually ends up in one person becoming attached, and getting hurt.

"A friend in which you are allowed sexual activity but no true relationship is involved. Not a girlfriend or boyfriend.
The benefit is purely sexual. Not to be tied with feelings."

It is friends who have sex with each other with no commitment, no emotional attachment to one another.
