The University of Waterloo in Canada (Microsoft and Oracle have been hiring their grads for years - the University of Waterloo is also one of the leading innovators in CS over the last 40 years)
IIT in India as well.

Carnegie Mellon and MIT on the East Coast.
I would include Stanford, USC and UCLA on the West Coast as well.
IIT is in India and sends many of its alumni to US schools for further studies. In India, I'm sure IIT is wonderful. Maybe I need to apply....
