None, I use a menstrual cup, far healthier than tampons and far more convenient than either tampons or pads. Specifically I use the brand Mooncup, have done for three and a half years now, I wouldn't use tampons or pads if they paid me.

I love 'instead'. It's a cup that fits in the vagina over the cervix and catches the menstral fluid. It holds twice as much as a tampon and can be worn during intercourse. I've been using these since they first came out on the market.

Always pads. and tampax biodegradable tampoms. biodegradable because you can just flush every part of it down the toilet.

tampax is good for me i have a heavy flow and they work but i would recommend playtex for most
