do they know they're blocked.. like if they try and send you a message does a warning or something come up.. or does the message just not ever go out or get to em.. and what if they put a comment on your page does that get automatically dleted or stays up unless you delete it

That's a good question. I don't know. I've never blocked anyone on there before.

If you block someone...they just dont know it...
they can send you messages...they will go thru from there end..but wont come thru to your end....
if you set your preference that only friends can comment on your page then the person you block cant...
also new preference set you profile...where they cant view it unless you add them as a friend ;)
1. block the person...
2. set ur profile on private...
...problem solved!

I think it shows up to them as private profile, even if you have a public profile. That also means they cannot send you a message, but probably also disables friend requests from him/her/it. Not sure because I never blocked or have been blocked.

once you block somoene they know...they can send you messages but it will never get to person who's done the blocking...also...once you block someone...their comments are erased as well
