Maybe they want massages at home from spouse, and get horny thinking of it when massaged.

When you get a massage it effects your nervous system, circulatory system, etc, etc. This can cause a "horny" feeling. It may not necessarily mean the woman is getting turned on, but it can create a similar feeling.
