the climates change, the magnetic field around the planet weakens and we get more solar radiation. That in turn leads to mass extinctions and ultimately our planet will be like mars.

Magnets are used sometimes to control heat as the hotter the magnet the less the magnetic field. So if it cools we should have a stronger magnetic field,which should protect us from the radiation.

None of us will be alive by the time something like that happens... I think it is more probable that earth be hit by a very large foreign mass.
