She needs to start getting prenatal care as soon as possible. If she cannot tell her family and get their help, maybe she can go to a free clinic or Planned Parenthood. There are alot of options, it just depends on the support the two of you will have from your family, economic resources, etc. You can go the adoption route, the abortion route, get married, or finish school if either yours or her parents can take care of the baby while you both finish school. (It's actually possible to do the finishing school route with your familys' support. I know someone who did. They later got married too!)
It's not an easy decision for either of you but I hope you will stick by your girlfriend and support her in whatever decision she makes. Hopefully your parents are supportive or you can get the help of an older sister, cousin, friend etc.

What do you want to do? Having a baby is a huge commitment - but more so when you're only 17.
I don't know what to tell you, just follow your heart.
