Hi,
No sorry, when RAM is damaged that is a physical problem. There is no way to fix it with software.

A bad RAM module is relatively easy to fix. Just buy a new one. A lot of online stores will tell you exactly what you need for your particular computer. When you get the new module, open up your computer, remove the old module, and install the new one. Unless the new module is defective, your problem will be solved.

There used to be a program available that could block out bad physical memory from being used... but it cost more than it cost for new memory so I haven't seen it in a long time...
best bet.. go buy new memory.

As people have said you have to replace it.
BTW the only reason I added my answer is because I thought you might like to know this:
"Bad RAM Memory?" I the same as saying "Bad Random Access Memory Memory?" :-)

Its seems like a hardware issue, and no software will be able to fix it!
Try replacing the RAM.

no unfortunately all though you should be able to have it tested @ a local shop or @ someplace like bestbuy to tell you if the ram is bad or if it's a problem with your pc.
