Should the ice at both poles melt, sea levels would rise world wide and significantly change the topography. How high the sea levels would rise, at least several feet, is subject to debate.

Nope. The story from the bible was when the Black Sea broke out of a natural dam that flooded out hundreds of miles in an instant.
Artic ice melting is slower than that but we would see the ocean levels rise by inches each year. In about 5-10 years anything currently at sea level will be flooded. (Say goodbye permanently to New Orleans)

There is not enough water on the entire planet: ice, water, and steam all-together, to flood the entire earth. The water levels would rise at the most about 20 feet which would completely change the outline of the USA at least, but not flood the whole thing.

Most of the earth's ice is underwater. Take a cup full of water and ice, let it melt, see what happens? Water in it's solid form is less dense then liquid form. No flood. It's a myth.

No, God promised in His word, the Holy Bible, that He would never flood the earth again. He keeps His promises. He left a rainbow as a sign of that promise. So, whenever you see a rainbow you can remember what He promised us.
