To install and fix commercial or home plumbing fixtures with superior skill and high quality craftsmanship.

or

To mitigate and resolve plumbing issues with urgency and high quality workmanship.

Logically one submits a resume or vita inorder to get a job. Realistically plumbers probably don't submit resumes but instead fill out a job application listing their training and experience as plumbers....that is principally the difference in unskilled and trade work vs. white collar work/employment.

I think I misunderstood. Objective would be time and cost efficiency....or in other words getting the job done right the first time as quickly as possible. If a band aide is necessary....temporary fix, advise and consent first until the job can be done properly.

On my resume, my "Objective" line is:

Highly dependable, detail oriented achiever who strives to meet and exceed goals. Can work under minimal supervision and has supervisory experience. In search of full or part-time employment in the Customer Service field. Qualifications include:

I try not to limit myself for a position by adding a detailed objective. So don't worry so much about your objective. Employers only look at a resume for 10 seconds anyway. Get right to the qualifications and make sure to bullet them.

You would probably be better off with w functional resume. Instead of an objective, it would have a skills summary and the body of the resume would be a detail of your areas of specific experience, followed by a simple list of employers. It saves of the repetitive style of chronological resumes.

If you don't want to do that much of a re-work, make your objective something like "obtain a position with a reputable company that will allow me to use and challenge my skills."

I would use what WileyKaiote mentioned with a bit of a twist.

Make sure you mention that you understand timelines and deliverables to the client.
