Is it normal to snow in Texas?

It depends on where you are in Texas. I found a site with Texas weather stats. The panhandle is more apt to get snow than the more southern regions. Generally speaking though, Texas does not get much snow.

It does in the northern part of it, where the temperatures drop to below freezing.
