Given the laws of physics there has to be a leak. My car is losing coolant too, but I live in a big city and don't drive enough to worry about it. When we go on a vacation I carry a container of coolant to keep it full up. Next time I have it serviced I'll complain.

These days cars are serviced by computer. They'll figure something out.

Fortunately coolant is cheap.

could be leaking into your oil. Check your oil level and quality. If the oil level is raising and/or looks bubbly or foamy and/or has a milky brown appearance, then that's where it is going. Usually that means a blown head gasket that is normally caused by a car that has been overheated. It has to be fixed and is expensive to fix.

If it is not leaking into your oil, then it may be leaking into your intake. If so, then your check engine light is on and it will not pass emissions testing. Your exhaust gas may be white which is a tell tale sign of burning coolant.

It could be leaking out one or more pinholes in the system and atmozing or vaporizing before it hits the ground.

It could be leaking into your cabin because of a leak in your heater.

I had the same thing in my Isuzu once, and eventually found the leak behind the dashboard (in the line towards the heater). Check if your interior carpet in the footwell is damp.

Take it to a reputable shop and have the system pressure tested. They WILL find the leak with this process. The test is inexpensive. The repair might not be.

Ask your garage for a product called "Barrs Leaks". You pour it into the water and it will block any small holes you may have. Excellent stuff.
