I don't think so. I have friends who aren't good corresponding friends over email or letters or even on the phone, depending on the friend. Some like things they get and pass it on. It shows they are thinking about you.

It means she wants other people to read what she received because it may be funny or something people should know. And if you receive it you will know what it is about so that means yes she wants to you tell you stuff,by sending to you.

Nope. I suspect she's insensitive and completely unaware of her behavior. Maybe you should email her the addresses of the people she goes through you for? And then stop sending the messages on?
