When I insert my media card the photos came up correctly, but the video came up as a file, but not one supported my the computer. I changed it to windows, and it was able to play it; no video editors are able tor ead the file though, even Adobe Premiere.

Hm. No need to be sarcastic. It is a MOV file.

You can't do much with a .mov file. .mov plays with Real Player and if you don't have it, it is a free download.

I didn't mean to be snippy.. it's just so many people want an answer but give no info.
