If u was lost on island,And u found 4 tree's..?

And u found a old tent,4 large peice's of tin,and a tarp.What would u do with these items?I would build me a shack with these items.I would tye me tent to the 4 tree's,lay the tin on top,of the tent,for extra shad.Then tye the tarp to the tree's,And then i would have my house.

1. i would put the tin together and make a saw
2. use the saw to cut branches fallen from the trees
3. use the tarp to tie the pieces of wood together
4. find a good, hard brasnch
5. attach the tent to the raft
6. use the branch to row the raft and myself to a different place with PEOPLE

I see you answered your own question. Most ordinary people would have cleared an area and made it flat enough to use as a floor, then bult a tent-like dwelling using the convenient pieces of steel etc.

You and me are with them on that one!

tie tent to four tress. the tin I would lay on. the trees are the shade.the tarp would be my cover, my blanket..

Instead of the tin making shade, wouldn't it draw heat(anything made of steel holds heat). I would try keeping it to cook with.
