No, why would anyone hate homosexuals? They're human beings just like we all are.

Hate is a powerful and absolute word.

The Bible even categorizes anger as a sin worthy of death. "He who is angry with his brother without cause has committed murder in his heart" is a prime example of how distasteful social hostility is to God.

That said I find myself in a situation of not trusting homosexuals. The feeling is not much different than what I feel for a Islamic man in a black robe with a sword in his hand.

No, they aren't bugging me or hurting me (and I'm pretty certain they aren't going to try to convert me). If a group is not doing anything to harm me, why should I hate them?

If anything, I'm grateful that they are out there, that's a whole bunch of neat, generally well-off, good-looking guys that aren't hitting on women, leaves more for me.

Gay people aren't bothered by who you choose to sleep with. So, why are you bothered by who they choose to sleep with? Is it because you're jealous that they're not living a lie like you?
