Wow,you really want to rough it,thats good pioneering spirit.The best place to pitch a tent and meet all that criteria is in a motel room,its not free though.

free and having electricity are NEVER used in the same sentence...
also... if you want showers and bathrooms you will have to pay for this service.. whether it's a state park or a private campground....
